For an online download, the report is delivered online or by email within 24 hours of receipt of payment.

Where a printed copy is requested, we will courier the report within 3 working days from the date payment is received, or within the period agreed by email. Courier charges are borne by the customer and must be settled in advance. Full delivery detail is on the delivery formats page.

You are entitled to receive up to 10% customisation of a purchased report, based on your specific requirements relating to the markets discussed in that report. The complexity of the request and the time required are judged by our analyst, whose assessment is final. Our aim in every case is that you receive the market intelligence you actually need from the report.

Requirements falling outside the markets a report covers are scoped as custom research rather than as customisation.

Please read all available information about a report before placing your order. Because of the confidential nature of the information our reports contain, cancellation of an order cannot be accepted after the report has been delivered.

Contrive Datum Insights operates a strict no-refund, no-cancellation policy. Where a payment has been made more than once, contact us with the payment details and we will issue a coupon code or upgrade the licence on your report. The full position is set out in the refund policy.

Orders placed through this website are confirmed by invoice, sent to the billing email address you provide, with payment instructions. This site does not process card payments and will never ask you to enter card details into a web form. Delivery follows confirmation of payment.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute may be referred in the first instance to admin@contrivedatuminsights.com.
