Delivery Formats

Research reports from Contrive Datum Insights are delivered as PDF, and the quantitative data behind them as an Excel workbook. Which of the two you receive depends on the licence you buy:

We do not deliver PowerPoint or Word versions. Listing a format we cannot ship reliably would only mean promising something someone has to assemble by hand after you have paid for it. If your team needs the material in another form, ask before ordering and we will tell you honestly what is possible for that study.

   Digital delivery — within 24 business hours

   Once payment is confirmed, the report is emailed to the address you provided within 24 business hours.

   Standard research scope — 3-5 business days

   Where a report is delivered in a selected format following bank confirmation of payment, allow 3-5 business days. This is the maximum timeframe, not the typical one — most reports arrive well before it.

   Customised studies — scope-dependent

   Timelines for a customised study depend on the research scope agreed. If you have a fixed deadline, tell us up front: we can assign additional resources when we know in advance, and cannot once the work is under way. See custom research.

Reports are digital and delivered by email. Where a physical copy is genuinely required we can courier one to an address you specify, within 3 working days of payment being received.

Courier charges and any related fees are the customer's responsibility, are added to the total cost of the report, and must be settled in advance at the time the purchase is confirmed. Contrive Datum Insights does not accept liability for loss or damage in transit.

Replacement or resending of a report is at the discretion of Contrive Datum Insights, and any additional transit charges are borne by the customer. If a delivery has not arrived when expected, contact sales@contrivedatuminsights.com — a missing email is usually a spam filter, and we can resend.
