Data is stored on secure servers and systems owned and managed by Contrive Datum Insights. It may be stored or transferred within or outside the region in which it was collected in order to fulfil the agreed and lawful processing. We keep personal data only for as long as required to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, and in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. An information security management system (ISMS) governs our systems and practices, established and managed in alignment with global standards including ISO/IEC 27001:2013, and subject to ongoing monitoring, periodic security testing, and internal and external audits.

We use encryption and authentication tools to protect information provided through our website. Employees are instructed that such information may be used only in accordance with this notice, our information security policies, and the laws applicable to each business.
